Subscription: $100.00 / Month
A custom training plan with bi-monthly check-ins, this plan delivers workouts using power, HR, and RPE - depending on the athlete's gear and preferences. The Semi-Custom plan is written 8 weeks at a time, and as a result includes less flexibility for edits and adjustments; however, you'll have access to a plan written just for you, that will adapt to your needs throughout the season. Phone calls every 2 months allow us to discuss plan adjustments, a couple of workouts, and any other training/racing topics requested.
