BASIC COACHING
Subscription: $150.00 / Month
The Basic Coaching program is a fully custom coaching, written for you to help you achieve your goals. The plan is written using power, heart rate, RPE, as data drivers, and like other plans, references methodology based in exercise science models.
Your plan will be written 4 weeks at a time, and designed to fit your schedule and racing goals. Edits are available; however, please keep edits fewer than 2 times/month. Communication consists of 1 phone call and 2-3 emails / month, which leaves opportunity for workout analysis, schedule updates, and general discussion of coaching topics. |
