These four programs are customized coaching options for improving your fitness and reaching your goals - from Pro Athletes to total beginners, these programs are designed around your schedule, goals, and ability. It's critically important to maintain communication between athlete and coach, so each program includes phone call, email, and text communication at varying tiers. We'll analyze your workouts with power, HR, and other available/relevant metrics. Other topics we'll cover include fueling/nutrition, pacing, mental toughness, gear selection, and more... $100/ Month
The Semi-Custom program uses bi-monthly check-ins (8 week blocks). This plan delivers workouts using power, HR, and RPE - depending on the athlete's gear and preferences. The Semi-Custom plan is written 8 weeks at a time, and as a result includes less flexibility for edits and adjustments; however, you'll have access to a plan written just for you, that will adapt to your needs throughout the season. Phone calls every 2 months allow us to discuss plan adjustments, limited workouts, and other training/racing topics requested.
$150 / Month
The Basic Coaching program is a fully custom coaching, written for you to help you achieve your goals. The plan is written using power, heart rate, RPE, as data drivers, and like other plans, references methodology based in exercise science models.
Your plan will be written 4 weeks at a time, and designed to fit your schedule and racing goals. Edits are available; however, please keep edits fewer than 2 times/month. Communication consists of 1 phone call and 2-3 emails / month, which leaves opportunity for workout analysis, schedule updates, and general discussion of coaching topics.

The most popular plan: Basic-Plus Coaching offers 2 phone calls each month, and is written and edited for you, around your schedule your goals. Bi-weekly calls leave time for discussion of key workouts in your training in which we can analyze HR and/or power as well as other metrics. We can also assess pacing strategies, workout quality, training load, racing calendar, nutrition planning, sports psychology tactics, and more. Training blocks of 2 week increments afford us flexibility and adaptability in your training schedule, and help to fit your plan to your progress.
$350 / Month
The Premium Coaching program is written every week, just for you to help you achieve your goals. Premium is a fully customizable plan with unlimited edits, unlimited communication, and weekly workout analysis. The plan is written weekly, and is highly flexible and adaptable as a result; fitting to you, your training progress, and your schedule from week-to-week. Communication via a phone call each week also gives us time to analyze multiple workouts and review key elements. These calls also offer opportunities to assess pacing strategies, workout quality, training load, racing calendar, nutrition planning, sports psychology tactics, and more.
