I have been able to leverage the experience and expertise I've gained as a professional athlete to bring quality & affordable coaching to my clients. With 15+ years of experience racing, and 6+ years coaching, I reference a combination of the latest studies & findings, combined with classic models of periodization and hypertrophy. My acumen in the racing world allows me to bring a unique style and understanding to the needs of both those new to cycling, and those competing at the top of the sport.

​Working with athletes to improve their performance from both a physical and mental perspective, I've helped guide athletes to National Championship medals, stage race titles, regional victories, and personal bests. My coaching has enabled athletes to not only achieve results within the year, but also improve year over year.

A graduate from the University of North Carolina, I'm familiar with the struggle of a time-crunched athlete. I've spent most of my racing career training around school, internships, and other extracurriculars, and I can help you do the same. I specialize in coaching mountain bike athletes, but am well versed in the needs of both road and cyclocross athletes as well.
